We research the marketability of these companies' products in America and create proposals for efficient marketing in the U.S. In the case of research development companies, we are able to quickly reach American sales reps and distributors who can determine the potential profitability of trial products in the American market. The companies we represent have a high partnership success rate, and thus far our American sales reps and distributors have been pleased.
Service Outline

We inspect your company's product, and after considering the status of your company, we create a business proposal. This proposal usually takes the form of the following outline, but as each proposal depends on the parties involved, it varies from case to case. Please inquire for more details.


Step 1: Research the demand for your product in America

  • Investigate and choose American companies that show an interest in your product
  • Create a letter of introduction in English about your company and your company's product
  • Create a pamphlet in English for your product
  • Send the English letter/materials/pamphlet/sample to the chosen companies
  • Collect the answers/translate part (or all)/report to your company

Step 2: Establish a relationship with interested companies

  • Investigate/contact/negotiate with interested candidates
  • Arrange a visiting meeting
  • Attend visiting meeting/negotiations
  • Decide sales price/delivery date/method of sale, and devise a contract with a lawyer
  • Establish a sales contract/representative store contract/distributorship contract

Step 3: Maintain a good business relationship

  • Transmit requests from American companies, notice of other translations
  • Stock management/establish American branch factory
  • Arrange exhibitions
  • Serve as a mediator
